Q. Do you have parking?
There is ample free parking available.
Q. What do I do if I have an appointment but can not make it?
You need to let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel. Outside of normal practice hours, please telephone the practice and leave a message on our 24 hour answering service. A charge may be made if less than 24 hours notice is given. NHS patients who cancel without giving us at least 24 hours notice or fail to attend on more than one occassion, may be refused further treatment under the NHS.
Q. I need emergency care but your practice is closed. What do I do?
Please telephone the practice on 0118 983 3563 and listen to the recorded instructions.
Q. What is Denplan?
This is a type of dental insurance policy which will help towards the cost of your treatment in cases where you are not eligible for treatment under the NHS. Please contact us directly for further information.
Q. I think I might qualify for NHS dental care, what do I do ?
Please telephone the practice on 0118 983 3563 and we will advise you on how you can register for NHS dental care.
Q. What do I do if I have a comment or complaint?
We welcome your thoughts and comments. We want to ensure you are happy with our service, however if you have any cause for concern, please contact Dr H Hesami or reception for a copy of our complaints procedure.

Q. Do you have wheelchair access?
Our premises and surgeries are accessible to wheelchairs. Please ensure you let us know that you require such facilities when you book your appointment.
